Your car arrives at the airport exit or your villa driveway, spotlessly clean and fully fueled, with all paperwork organized and a friendly smile.
Show us your original driving license and one additional ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID). Pay the rental and refundable deposit via UPI or cash.

Rental Guidelines and Policies
Drive anywhere within Goa state boundaries; cross border drives are not allowed.
Standard bookings are for a minimum of two days (9 AM to 9 AM slots).
Only guests with a valid driving license and minimum age of 21 may operate the car.
Full rental amount plus security deposit is required before vehicle handover. Your original driving license is mandatory. We'll also need one government ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport) for verification.
Deposits range from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 depending on the vehicle (accepted via cash or UPI). Your full deposit is refunded after final vehicle inspection.
Before you drive off, we'll walk around the car together and record a quick 360 degree video to document the vehicle condition.
Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers. If traveling with children, please arrange your own government approved child seat. Makeshift seating is not safe and not allowed.
Return the car with the same fuel level you received it with. Any fuel shortfall will be charged at current pump rates.
All traffic fines, parking penalties, or towing fees incurred during your rental are your responsibility.
Driving under the influence is illegal and strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate legal action and forfeiture of your deposit.
Driving on beaches, dunes, or off road trails is strictly prohibited.
Standing on the vehicle or through the sunroof is extremely dangerous and entirely at your risk. Any consequential damage is billable.
If you experience a flat tire or mechanical issue, call us immediately. We'll guide you to the nearest trusted service point.
Replacement costs apply for any lost keys or vehicle accessories..
Please call us one hour before your scheduled drop off time. Late returns beyond the grace period will be charged as a full additional day.
Vehicle pickups and returns are available from 6 AM to 11 PM daily. Please stick to your confirmed time slot.
Delivery and pickup fees vary based on distance. Airport handovers include a nominal vehicle delivery charge.
We accept advance bookings from 7 AM to 10 PM the day before your rental via call or WhatsApp.
Please respect Goa's beautiful coastal environment, follow all traffic laws, and drive with care and courtesy.
Naik Rentals is not liable for any legal consequences if traffic laws are violated during your rental period.
